Chiken Caesar salad

Caesar salad  is one  of the most popular salads in the world.  I love this salad and I order Caesar salad every time I go out to eat. I have tried it about every state, by the way there are so   many versions of this famous salad and one of them you can find here. This was very simple to make  and most of the ingredients I had on hand. I did not use anchovies but I added grilled chicken.  I also made the croutons. I bake the croutons instead of frying them. I didn’t use any special bread just what I had on hand, The sauce was absolutely great. I sprinkled the salad with a couple tablespoons of grated Parmesan cheese.Chiken Caesar salad
