  • ½ cup melon cut into ½ inch squares
  • ⅓ cup blackberry
  • 3 strawberries (optional)
  • fresh mint leaves
  1. Arrange melon and blackberry on a platter in a checkerboard pattern and garnish with mint leaves and strawberries.
