I love very much layered smoothies not only because they look pretty but also because they are super healthy and delicious. So for my layered smoothie, I decided to choose kiwi, strawberry and banana, because the colors are pretty (kiwi on the bottom, strawberry in the middle and banana on top) but you can choose any flavors you’d like!healthy smoothie You can drink your smoothie different ways just start to sip or stir it well.   • 2 ripe kiwifruit
  • ½ cup frozen spinach
  • ½ cup almond milk or water
  • Red:
  • 1 cup strawberries
  • ½ frozen banana
  • ½ cup almond milk or water
  • Yellow:
  • 1 frozen banana
  • Half a mango
  • ½ cup almond milk or water.
  1. You just need to blend each layer separately and then layer them on top of each other in a glass.
