Panna Cotta

This dessert was a hit. I made layered dark chocolate and vanilla Panna Cotta. This panna cotta is so easy to make, but there is an hour refrigeration time in between layers to achieve the pretty look. So I think the combination of both is quite perfect! If you like it with one layer, this dessert also could be made with just one layer and still be quite prettypanna cotta2panna cotta
I made them in wine glasses.I think it’s very attractive this way. Looks very pretty in the wine glass. I made my panna cotta one day before the dinner. The panna cotta set beautifully. It was creamy and delicious. My family loved this dessert, and especially noted how it wasn’t too sweet! For the fruit, I used pomegranate. Fresh pomegranate on top are the best compliment to this fantastic dessert. pannacotta1Beautiful presentation, sure to impress your guests . It was not too sweet, just perfect for dessert. This dessert is one of my favorite desserts because, you can make it a day ahead and keep it covered in the fridge and you can make it into any serving dish you like(wine glass, ramekin, silicone muffin pan). If you had trouble getting the Panna Cotta out of the dishes. I recommend trying a silicone muffin pan. They work great.
